Buying

Do I need to know anything about AI first? No. Every guide assumes you have used ChatGPT once and were underwhelmed. It starts there and shows you the exact wording that changes the output.

Which AI tools do the products work with? ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, including the free plans. Where a paid feature makes a real difference we say so and give you a workaround if you are not paying yet.

Is $3 a trick? What is the catch? No upsell call, no subscription, no premium tier hiding the good part. The products are cheap because they are digital and short, and we would rather sell a lot of them than a few expensive ones.

Can I check out as a guest? Yes. An account is optional. Your download link goes to the email you enter at checkout either way.

What currency will I be charged in? Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may convert at its own rate. Tax, where applicable, is shown before you confirm.

Delivery

How do I get the files after paying? A download link is emailed to your checkout address within a few minutes of payment. Your order confirmation email also contains the link.

The email has not arrived. Check spam and promotions folders first. If it has been more than 30 minutes, emailsupport@cupraaiacademy.site with your order number and we will resend it, or send it to a corrected address if there was a typo.

Can I download again later? Yes. Links stay active. If one ever stops working, email us and we will send a fresh one.

What formats are the files? PDF for guides and ebooks. Templates and planners also come as Notion and Google Docs versions you can duplicate. The product page lists exactly what is included.

Using the products

Can I use these for client work? Yes. Use them in your own business and in work you deliver to clients.

Can I share a guide with my team? A single purchase covers you. If a team of several people will use it, buy one copy per person or contact us for a team price. It is still going to be cheap.

Can I resell or redistribute the files? No. The licence is personal and non-transferable. Full terms are in the Terms of service.

Do the guides get updated when the AI tools change? Yes, and updates are free. When a prompt stops working or a tool changes, we update the file and email the new version to everyone who bought it.

Refunds

Can I get a refund on a digital product? Yes. Email us within seven days of purchase and we refund in full, even if you downloaded the file. No reason required.

How long does the refund take? We approve within one business day. Your bank usually shows the funds within five to ten business days.

I bought the same thing twice by accident. Email us and we refund the duplicate.
