These terms govern your use of cupraaiacademy.site (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Cupra AI Academy ("we", "us", "our"), operated by LATICHA JOHNSON , 865 Lucy, Florida City, Florida 33034, United States. By visiting the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What we sell
We sell digital educational products: ebooks, guides, templates, prompt packs, planners and business kits about the practical use of AI tools. Products are delivered electronically as downloadable files. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from the Site. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment details you provide belong to you or you are authorised to use them.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless your location shows a converted currency at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify Payments and other listed payment providers. We do not store your card details.
Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and shown at checkout based on your billing location.
4. Delivery
After payment is confirmed, a download link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, normally within a few minutes. See our Shipping and delivery policy for full details, including what to do if the email does not arrive.
5. Licence to use the products
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business or personal purposes, including work you deliver to your own clients.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the product or any part of it, whether free or paid;
- upload it to file-sharing sites, communities, or AI training datasets;
- remove copyright notices or claim the product as your own work;
- use it to build a competing product that is substantially similar.
All content remains the intellectual property of Cupra AI Academy or its licensors. We may revoke the licence and restrict future purchases if these restrictions are breached.
6. Refunds
Digital products cannot be returned, but every purchase is covered by our 7-day refund guarantee. Full details, including how to request a refund, are in our Refund policy.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK customers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right ends once delivery begins with your express consent. By completing checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies. Our voluntary 7-day refund guarantee applies instead and is not affected by this clause.
8. Accuracy of product descriptions
We try to describe every product accurately, including format, length and what is included. If you believe a product materially differs from its description, contact us and we will refund you under the Refund policy.
9. No professional advice
Our products are educational. They explain how to use AI tools for content, productivity and business tasks. They are not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and results depend on your own effort, market and circumstances. Any income examples are illustrative and are not a promise of earnings.
10. Third-party tools
Our products reference third-party AI services such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. We are not affiliated with those providers. Their availability, pricing and terms are outside our control, and you are responsible for complying with their terms of use.
11. Accounts and customer data
You may check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Our Privacy policy explains what data we collect and why.
12. Prohibited use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape or copy its content.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for consumer rights that apply in your country.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.
