Shipping and delivery policy

Everything we sell is digital

Cupra AI Academy sells downloadable files only. We do not ship physical products, so there are no shipping fees, no delivery addresses and no customs charges.

How delivery works

  1. Complete checkout and pay.
  2. Once payment is confirmed, we email a secure download link to the address you entered at checkout. This normally takes under 5 minutes.
  3. Open the link and download your files. Links stay active, so you can download again later on a new device.

Your order confirmation email also contains the link.

File formats

Products are delivered as PDF, and where templates are involved, as Notion and Google Docs versions you can duplicate. The product page lists the exact formats included before you buy.

If the email has not arrived

Delivery emails are sent from the sender listed on your order confirmation. If you cannot find it within 30 minutes:

  • check your spam, promotions or junk folder;
  • confirm the email address on your order confirmation is correct;
  • email support@cupraaiacademy.site with your order number and we will resend the link within 1 business day, or to a corrected address if you made a typo.

Damaged or incomplete files

If a file will not open, is corrupted, or is missing content listed on the product page, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full under our Refund policy.

Delivery restrictions

We deliver worldwide. Some payment methods may not be available in every country, in which case alternatives are shown at checkout.
